STS Corp makes no representation or warranty express or implied including, but not limited to, the merchantability or fitness of products or services sold at STSprepaid for any particular purpose or as to the quality of the same. In no event will STS Corp be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising in any manner from the use of any of the products sold on STSprepaid.com.

Pins, Cards and Services sold at STSprepaid.com are supplied from different carriers, and are sold according to the terms and conditions of such carriers plus these terms and conditions:

• Phone cards sold at STSprepaid.com are not intended for emergency use.
• Calls to international cellular phones may be charged at higher rates.
• A surcharge fee will be applied, if the call is originated from a pay phone
• Unless otherwise specified, all prepaid phone cards sold on www.stsprepaid.com are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• All sales are FINAL. Once the PINS are issued/revealed they are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Exchangeable. They have no cash value.
• Calling rates, billing increments, fees, taxes, and other charges are subject to change without notice. STSprepaid will not be responsible or liable for any change in calling rates, billing increments, fees, taxes, and other charges. STSprepaid does not guarantee call quality or connectivity, and will not be responsible or liable for reimbursement of lost minutes or reduction in the stored value of any prepaid card. Connection to a wrong number is a valid call.
• STSprepaid will not be liable for any service outages (whether few hours or few days). Customers shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, compensation and/or damages because of such service outage or any other situation.
• If there is any problem or dissatisfaction arising from the use of any pin/card sold at STSprepaid.com, customer should contact the customer service number that is usually supplied with the pin/card when purchased. Operators managing that specific customer service center are the only ones authorized to handle customer complains regarding the pin/card in question.
• Customers may contact STSprepaid Customer Service, if the card issuer`s customer service has not addressed the problem(s) within these Terms and Conditions. Customer service from STS is available only through electronic mail from "contact us" on the home page.
• Unless specified otherwise, all rates apply to calls originating from the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America.
• Certain phone cards may have a Connection fee.
• All rates/minutes information is based on the pin/card being used in one call.
• Weekly, bi-monthly and/or monthly maintenance charges may apply, please check specific card terms and conditions.
• Other charges may apply, please check specific card terms and conditions.
• The Products and services purchased on STSprepaid.com shall not be used for any unlawful purpose. It is a Federal and State Offense to purchase any products or services by fraudulent means.

No Refunds

Immediately upon purchase of a calling card/pin from STSprepaid.com Buyer assumes all risks. All cards are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and are non-refundable. STSprepaid is not responsible for stolen, misplaced or unauthorized use of any pins/cards purchased, nor will it be responsible for any deficiency in the quality or availability of telecommunications services of purchased pins/cards.

Bankruptcy by Carrier

If the telecommunications carrier or distributor of the prepaid phone card declares Bankruptcy, STSprepaid.com will not be responsible for unused minutes or remaining value of the prepaid phone cards/pins purchased.

For the protection of our customers, this site has security measures (SSL) 128 bit in place, the highest level allowed by law, to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Resolutions of disputes arising from purchases at STSprepaid.com

Dispute arising from purchase on this web site or relating to this agreement, if not settled by the parties in good faith, may at their discretion, be submitted for arbitration to American Arbitration Association (AAA) at their offices in Riverside County (or their closest office in Los Angeles county, if there is no office in Riverside) in the state of California. All disputes, including interpretation of Arbitration Award shall be subject to laws of State of California. All jurisdictions shall reside with Federal and State Court in Riverside County in the State of California. Prevailing party in the dispute shall be entitled to, in addition to any damages or relief, to reasonable expenses and attorney fees from the other party.

Severability of Provisions:

In the event that any section or portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable by a judicial authority having jurisdiction over the matter, such section or portion shall be deleted form the Agreement, and the Agreement shall be enforced as if that section or portion was not a part of the Agreement in the first instance.

Warranty

STS Corp MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, IN CONTRACT OR TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR REGARDING THIS WEB SITE, THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THIS WEB SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE SOLD OR PURCHASED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE.
