Calls made using First Middle East Phone Cards and terminate to mobile phones may be
billed at a higher rate. Application of surcharges and fees will result in
reducing the total minutes delivered by First Middle East Calling Cards. Minute
information is based on entire First Middle East Phone Card being used in ONE single
call. First Middle East Phone Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and all sales
