billed at a higher rate. Application of surcharges and fees will result in
reducing the total minutes delivered by Feliz Latino Calling Cards. Minute
information is based on entire Feliz Latino Phone Card being used in ONE single
call. Feliz Latino Phone Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and all sales
